Turtle Doves are getting a wee bit like hens teeth these days, so its more than satisfying that it remains a garden bird for us. We had two present in May and this bird still present today. At lest two more seen on the fen today and anothr 'purring' at Lattersey Lakes this evening (a few miles from the house on the outskirts of Whittlesey).
On the Tree Sparrow front, I make it that we have around 15 pairs this year, with three broods (of 2, 3 and 4) seen in the garden during the last week.
